Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes
I offer short and long term counselling, working with you to decide what feels right for you. How many sessions you have will depend on what you want to work on and what you would like to achieve. Our work together will be reviewed regularly, and you are free to terminate any or all sessions at any time.
I operate flexible hours to include daytime and evening appointments. Weekend appointments can be negotiated.

Fees are £50 for individual appointments
I do not charge for counselling appointments cancelled with a minimum of 24 hrs notice.
