Hello.....I'm Becky, a qualified, psychotherapeutic counsellor and a registered Member of the BACP.
I am passionate about my work and care deeply about supporting people to explore the issues that matter most to them.
By visiting my website, it is likely that you or someone you care about are experiencing some difficulties in your life. We can all face times of crisis and difficulty in our lives, times where we might feel unable to see things clearly. We can feel confused, distressed, overwhelmed and sometimes stuck and unable to find a route forward. Deciding to come to counselling can feel daunting and making that first contact can be one of the hardest steps to make.
I understand this, and assure you of a warm welcome. I offer a safe, confidential space in which you will be met with compassion, understanding and sensitivity to talk about the issues you are experiencing and the impact they are having on your life.
